It all started with a Packard Bell in the 90s. After learning how to change directories in DOS, I also learned autoexec.bat and config.sys did.

Lots of trial by fire with my first machine, and my first hardware install was a memory upgrade along with a 2x CD-ROM and Sound-card. That’s a long story but suffice it to say we had to use a Sawzall at one point. Good fun.

From there computers have always been part of my life, I started with DOS and went from there.

Professionally I am thrilled to work with computers and their interworkings every day. Problem solving is how it started and also how it’s going.
